ok...so here's the story behind the name.  My friend Jimmy is a phenomenal chef.  He created the base recipe for this wing sauce.  EVERYONE who has had his wings have LOVED them...even people who aren't really wing people. (like me).  I told Jimmy for years that he should bottle and sell his wing sauce.  But, he never did.  I finally told him that I wasn't waiting anymore, and I was going to do it myself.   But I couldn't take credit for the recipe, so therefore, the strange name of Sean's Jimmy's Wing Sauce came to be.  Enjoy!  I promise you will not be disappointed!
