Hello.  I'm Sean Worthington, founder of Passion Plates.  When I was 8, I told my mom I didn't like what she was making for dinner.  She said if I didn't like it, then I should make my own dinner.  And so I did.  From that point on, there was no turning back.  I've had a passion for cooking ever since.  I've worked in all sorts of different restaurants since the age of 14, and I've had the good fortune to work with some extremely talented people over the years.  Passion Plates is my attempt to share with you my experience and passion for excellent food with strong, bold flavors.  You will never find Octopus Eyeballs, Squid Skin, or Bull's #@!? on my menu.  I promise you that all of my food is straight forward good food that you can relate to, and enjoy without wondering what it is you are eating! Whether you need a catering team for a special event, a personal chef for a more intimate event, cooking lessons to impress the in-laws, some great secret sauces to elevate your own cooking, or just some recipe ideas....Passion Plates can help you extract all of the flavor life has to offer....because passion is a flavor!
